• I’ve setup a new wordpress site with a pritty basic setup.

I’m trying to connect printful however I get the error:

Error: Invalid response from your WooCommerce store. Please make sure your site is working and no plugins are blocking WooCommerce API access

No logs or errors are appearing in wc-logs/log-*
I have tried disabling all plugins except woocommerce and printful.

My wordpress directory is different to the site URL, IE:
    – WordPress URL: https://www.example.com/shop/wordpress/
    – Site URL: https://www.example.com/shop/
This is because I am using wordpress version controlled through composer using johnpbloch/wordpress, maybe this is the cause of the problem? I cant find any logs for the error or anythign useful anywere.

I have https and have not entered an API key into the plugin, I tried but it didnt work anyway and API keys are being made redundant soon. It does not accept a key from teh developers portal either.

I’d love to get it connected so I can start selling printful products through my woocommerce store!

    Many thanks

  • Hey! This error usually means that something on your server’s side is creating connection issues. It can either be an unsupported plugin, server issues, or a variety of other problems. However, we can’t see what that is from our end!
What we can suggest — please check if the store URL in Printful’s settings is correct. It usually should look like https://store-url.com; if there is /shop or something else added after it, it’s suggested to remove it and try again.
Please reach out to your hosting provider to see if they can assist you further!
