Error when adding new products via Printful:

    Product was not added!

Error: Invalid response from your WooCommerce store. Please make sure your site is working and no plugins are blocking WooCommerce API access

That’s all we know. If you need some help, please contact our support, provide the error code below, and we’ll see what we can do.

    CODE: G77006235

Up to this point I had upload over 1500 items to my store with no problems and with the same plugins activated. I chatted with someone earlier today and sent over Woocommerce Status logs and responded to a few follow-up questions via email. Unable to locate anything else within WordPress which could be contributing to this issue.

    Any responses appreciated

    Plugins:
    https://www.nextscripts.com/social-networks-auto-poster-for-wordpress/
    https://www.nextscripts.com/snap-api-premium-for-wordpress/

I have the Free & Pro versions installed. Deactivating the Free version allowed me to add products via Printful. I’ve yet to get a reply from plugin support.

    Thanks

Thank you for the update, we appreciate you sharing this information with us, it could prove useful in the future!

If you have any additional feedback on this, or anything else, you can reach out to us at [email protected], we’d love to hear from you!

I have the same issue and deactivating the free version of the NextScripts Social Media Auto Poster plugin did not resolve this. The products seem to at least partially get added. Sometimes the generated mockups are missing, sometimes they are added to the store.
Additionally, if you view the product/variant form the printful dashboard, the printfiles are missing from the view.

Just trying this with those plugins de-activated and notice I continue to get the error after being able to load a few items. So in this case I’m loading t-shirts but the issue is inconsistent as the error appears after the 1st upload and then it may appear again after the 3rd upload. Also, in each case the product appears within the Woocommerce store but shows as not synced in Printful with the error.

Changing the status back to unresolved.

Are both of you receiving the same Error: Invalid response from your WooCommerce store. Please make sure your site is working and no plugins are blocking WooCommerce API access?
@erikde could you share the error code you see with the error message?

Could you two also let me know if you currently have any active security or firewall plugins?

That’s the error I receive and in both cases all I was doing was uploading t-shirts. As I type this I’m attempting to load Bell Canvas 3001 t-shirts and notice that I was able to load two and the error appears on the 3rd. For a minute I thought it had to do with the mock-up I selected as I tried a different one after it failed and was able to add the shirt.

Another observation is the amount of time it’s taking to upload the shirts. When this 1st occured I was uploading Ringer t-shirts with all colors selected and the uploads were pretty fast. Now I’m using Bella Canvas 2001 t-shirts with 10 colors and the loads time is slower.

@everybear Yes, that’s correct. That’s the error message I’m getting. The code changes each time. Here’s one of the error codes I got earlier: G77226365

I have the Cloudflare plugin installed, that’s all I can think of that could somehow interfere.
    Cloudflare settings:
Security Level is set to Medium
Web Application Firewall is set to off

I managed to add and successfully sync a few test products just a few hours ago and just tried again a minute ago and it worked. I haven’t changed anything on my end.

    Thank you!
Could you try disabling all plugins but WooCommerce and Printful, when you attempt to push products to your store and let me know if you encounter this error?
To us it still looks like one of the other plugins you’re using is disrupting the product push.

Looking forward to hearing from you!

This issue seems to center around the number of items I select to add a design to. So in my case I want to add a design to the Bella Canvas 3001 t-shirt. I initially had 14 different colors which would sync almost 100 items. I’ve since dropped it down to 12 t-shirts which syncs around 71 or 13 which syncs 77 for s, m, l, xl, 2xl, 3xl shirts. It’s bad enough being limited to having to add 1 item at a time but now it seems there’s a limit to the number of items you can select. So far I’ve added almost 2100 items to this store and of those items this is the 1st time I’ve added a single design to multiple t-shirts. So I know it’s not my hosting environment. I think there may be a limitation to the number of items you can add a design to.

Be nice if there was a way to add additional colors after the fact. So if I choose 6 different t-shirts I can then go back and select any additional colors.

Thanks for that @marvc, will try it now. You can add colors by clicking the product from the store dashboard and then clicking “Add Variants”. You’ll have to add all the designs and info, but at least it’s possible…

@everybear I’m sorry but I can’t do that on my live site.

I just timed how long it takes from starting the sync to the error to appear, and it seems to take around 1 minute and 15-20 seconds every time. It’s starting to feel like there’s some kind of request/process timeout that’s ending the sync.

I settled for 10 different colored shirts for s, m, l, xl, 2xl, & 3xl which synced 59 items for each of my designs. This is my first store and those were short-sleeve t-shirts, so with winter coming I’ll be focusing on long sleeved t-shirts and hopefully won’t be experiencing this issue again. Or until I start back adding t-shirts.

    Closing with no resolution

I wanted to thank you two for your feedback!
All I can add from our end is that the Printful plugin does not necessarily work with all other available plugins, which is why we suggest temporarily disabling other plugins, which could be interfering with or slowing down the integration between Printful and WooCommerce.

If you push products with a large count of variants, there is a greater chance that some of those products could encounter errors with syncing, as you are already aware.

If you have any additional feedback, as well as any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to us at [email protected]!

@everybear I just want to add that I’m 99% sure it’s a combination of the server not being able to process the request fast enough and Cloudflare’s “short” (60s) request timeout limit.

    Assuming you don’t do it:
A possible workaround Printful could do to prevent this issue is to split the request into smaller batches if someone is trying to sync a lot of variations at once.
