Error: Invalid Link

    I’ve been getting an error message “Error: Invalid Link” when trying to upload media. My website uses latest WP on PHP 7.4. My host is Hostgator.

    Back when my host supported PHP versions below 7.0, this plugin worked properly. It only started to throw the “Invalid Link” error when I upgraded my site to PHP 7.x. Since I wanted to use the latest PHP, I gave up on using the plugin.

    I tested this at the time by switching back to the older PHP and noting that uploads worked again. (I think the older PHP version was 5.6)

    Recently, I reinstalled your plugin to see if the problem had been corrected, and unfortunately it still produces “Invalid Link” error messages.

    You are right, I’ll roll out an updated version (the one I’m using)

    I’ve tested this more extensively and believe it should work in latest WordPress abs php.
    I am resolving this for good order but will still monitor the thread (abs reopen if necccessary
