Error: Invalid e-mail and/or API key – Help

  • I’ve created a GTmetix account, validated my account, got my API Key, and plugged it into the Asyn JavaScript Wizard and keep getting the error: Error: Invalid e-mail and/or API key

    I’ve turned off blocking software, tried from another browser, regenerated the API key 3 times, and cannot get past this error to let the plugin do its thing.

    Any suggestions?

    Haven’t tried the wizard myself for a long time I’m afraid krushette, it was developed by someone else years ago and chances are GTmetrix changed their API. I’ll try it myself one of these days, but I have no suggestion for you for now I’m afraid ..
