    Hi, great plugin, just a few questions.

    1. I have a Subscriber user with open and download permissions and an Administrator with all rights, when the administrator is working on a folder or file the Subscriber cannot access the folder/file, gives error “Error : Invalid backend response Data is not JSON” please advise.

    2. It takes some time to download a single document if you did not click on Save. May you please also configure an automatic download so that once you click on download it just downloads, please advise.

    3. I am unable to open the document as a Subscriber error: “NO RESULTS FOUND”, Admin error :”Now downloading” but it never loads. In order to open the document , I have to save it first, please advise.

    How do I remove all accept for the Download on a Subscriber Role? in other words if I only want to display the Download link when you right-click on the document?

    It seems that there is a lot of issues in Firefox, works well in Chrome.

    Tanks for using FileSter and please do you confirm that NO issues experienced in Chrome? Could you make sure to upload Firefox to latest version and try again?

    Thanks for coming back, you could access settings and choose role this way:

    Then, access user role settings and tick what options you’d like to disable here:

    Hi,

    Does not work, changed the settings as in your screenshots but all the options are still there, I changed the options again by only selecting the download option and all the options are also still there when you right-click on the doc.

    Did that, it takes out a few but the “open” and “view” are still there, I also noticed that on pdf’s when you open it in a new browser saying No Results Found

    Hi @ignisvn ,

    It seems that PDF query is a bug and we will fix it in upcoming update and please note that both “open” and “view” options are default option, so we can not disable them.

    Just to let you know; A new version of Filester has been released, it fixes a lot of bugs and known issues.
