Thanks for your patience! Because Filester can’t read the folder, so please go to your website FTP, chmod your website folder to 0755. Please let us know if it helps. If you need any further helps, feel free contact to us.

Hi @mialewp I checked my website FTP and my website folder already had ‘755’ permissions.
