error – Invalid account information

  • Hello,
    I’m sure of my Aramex account info, and I use it to login.
    When I added the plugin and set up the domestic and international settings, test mood is off, it still doesn’t calculate in the check out page.
    From the admin, orders page, when I try to Calculate Rates, it gives me this error:
    Aramex: ERR02 – ClientInfo – Invalid account information

    any ideas??

    Hello,
    You should contact your local Aramex manager.
    You have not correct Aramex credentials.
