    Hi, Looking into a problem on a clients website. It seems they get this error :

    “error, insufficient data received”

    When selecting a payment method, they have stripe, paypal and bank transfer setup. When clicking the payment button it just shows that error .

    Any ideas what could be the cause, they are using the latest version.

    Hi,

    Thanks for contacting us. The error message “insufficient data received” is returned by the page that tries to display the order details page during the booking process. Such page is usually created through a Shortcode of type “Order Details” and it’s only supposed to be used by the native URL routing functions of the booking process. If you visited that page from a menu, then you would get that error message, because that’s not a page that should be linked to any public menus of your website, it will only be used for URL routing purposes by the plugin, automatically.

    We invite you to reach out to our technical support team should you keep having problems with payments, that should definitely not trigger that error. Since payments are part of the Pro/commercial version of the plugin, we suggest getting in touch with our team through our websites in order to not go off-topic on this forum.
