Error Installing the Plugin

I unsuccessfully tried to installed your plugin a few times now.
Here is the error message I get. <<<The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature >>> Please help!Many thanks!
