Error installing plugin

  • Hi,
    I tried to install the plugin but I get this error and have to delete the plugin otherwise the site is unavailable:

    My hosting is siteground and I have PHP 7.1.
    Can you help me figure out what might be the problem here?

    Hi there,

    we have checked the plugin package but works fine. To make sure at 100% that it works we have upload it again.
    Please, could you try to remove it via FTP and upload it again on your website?
