    The new Wordfence always this message show when try from 1 VPS to another 2. VPS migrate. Same webpanel and webserver (OpenLiteSpeed 1.7.17) with same PHP, MySQL 8… etc.

    I try many times get a new free license, but always this error. Before only migrated the site and okay. Yet kick out the license key and no new accept…

    Hi @18tommyboy, sorry to see you’re having an issue installing the license under those circumstances.

    Have you tried all of the troubleshooting steps on the following page and ensured you’ve already followed the video guide’s method of obtaining the key?: https://www.wordfence.com/help/api-key/#installing-your-free-license-key

    There’s no limit to how many license keys a single email address can obtain so you’re absolutely free to try generating one again if you need to.

    I only ask to ensure the common problems have been tried first. You should still have access to the Wordfence > Tools menu to send us a diagnostic report if the link above hasn’t helped, so we can take a closer look at possible communication or configuration problems. You can send that to us at wftest @ wordfence . com. Click on “Send Report by Email”. Please add your forum username where indicated and respond here after you have sent it.

    NOTE: It should look as follows – Screenshot of Tools > Diagnostic > Send by Email

    Today I migrated my 12th and 13th site. 12th site is fine, but 13th is same problem. I click on report to Wordfence email again. Maybe help…
