    I just made the last update after a scan with wordfence here is the message I get

    Are you still experiencing this problem? The connection to WP.org error is often transient.
    Does the problem go away if you deactivate wordfence? If not, your server is blocking the connection. This is usually a firewall or modSecurity configuration issue which your host needs to resolve for you.
