Jetpack is not active and connected with your site at the moment: do you still see the error you reported, despite the plugin being deactivated?

To help you troubleshoot the issue, we need Jetpack to be connected to your site, so let us know when you’ve done that, and we’ll take it from there.

I ran some tests on my end, and I believe you are experiencing this issue, caused by Jetpack’s Widget Visibility feature:

We’ll work on a fix, and update this GitHub issue as soon as we have news about this.

Yes, it started when I changed visibility controls to display widgets only on particular posts or pages.
