To resolve this, I suggest re-checking the data entry in both your Excel file and WooCommerce. Ensure that all sales are accurately recorded and that there are no missing or duplicate entries.

- System Status Report: navigate to WooCommerce → Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.
