ERROR in video upload

    When I try to upload a video (mp4) through block editor, after a while it disappears with black video screen and the error: “Cannot read property ‘get’ of undefined “.
    Then when I try to upload from Media Library, the error is: “Unexpected response from the server. The file may have been uploaded successfully. Check in the Media
    Library or reload the page. ”

    I installed the newest version of wordpress and deactivated all the plugins
    and checked through both parent theme (THEMIFY) and child theme. Still the same problem.

    I remember I had he same problem in the end of last year after upgrading to newest version of wordpress (newest back then). I needed to wait 2 months, then it suddenly worked again. Now again. Tired of it.

    Can anybody help please. Any tips highly appreciated. About server>: its a regular wordpress installation on droplet

    How much free space is there in the partition that holds /tmp?

    Hello Steve,
    to be honest I dont know what you’re asking. Max file upload size i 512 and my video files are smaller

    You have a VPS. Do you know how to use Linux? It’s entirely possible you’re out of disk space on a partition.

    If you don’t know how to use Linux, why did you get a VPS?

    In any case, SSH into your droplet. Type df -h and see if anything is low on available space.

    Steve. Coming back to old editor (instead of block) solved the issue. But this with space – I need to check and aparently extend too, I appreciate you reminded me of that.
