I have checked the link and noticed that your actual video displays black screen. Refer https://demo.bkfoundation.co.in/wp-content/uploads/videogallery/23_video398137837.mp4. If your original video working fine, but uploading the same in video gallery plugin is not working, then contact the support team at [email protected] with your original video to check the issue.

    Dear karthikeyani,
I spend lots of time with appth team (Support/developer)
but they didn’t able to fix my issue.
They said again again covert your video after upload.
And point is i was uploading .mp4 video format.
I was stumped. How can they advice.
I have lots of .mp4 videos, its not possible to convert all videos.
After that i decided, I don’t want any support to appth team.

    Hi Shakil,

Apologize for the inconvenience. Our Video Gallery player can play only h.264 encoded video format which was mentioned in our feature. If your video does not meet the encoded format you will need to convert the videos.

The Original video URL https://demo.bkfoundation.co.in/wp-content/uploads/videogallery/23_video398137837.mp4 you have provided above does not play the videos in browser player (HTML5). Hence, this video will not be played in video gallery player (flash) and other embed players in the market.

We recommend you to convert the video using https://www.online-convert.com/ or handbrake and play the converted videos. This will fix the issue with the video.

If you are interested, we will help you convert all the video automatically with in the plugin using ffmpeg while uploading, so you don’t have to use third party encoders.

hi, iam using the plugin and the player does auto play video on the video-home rather a black screen appears at the place of video player. it but when i click on a thumbnail it works just fine, need help to fix the video-home auto play mode.

i checked the settings tab and there the auto-play option is checked.

To check the issue, share your site link.
