    Hi!

I have this problem updating this plugin to version 2.1.9
    https://imgur.com/a/KvmI0yM

In addition you do not have the possibility of returning to an earlier version from the WordPress repository because you have not put any (and in other plugins that you do have that option).

I was fortunate to have a version saved on another website and return to version 2.1.8 that work perfectly.

    Greetings!

    Hi Ole!

    Sorry to answer now.
I use the website as a practice of a payment course so it is not public.

I sent you the same message by your internal mail (it is appreciated to include a form inside the WordPress plugin). You sent me this message:

    Hello
Thank you for contacting us regarding your question!
The new version uses its own font FontAwesome. Most likely your font changes it. Where can we see the problem on your site?

I didn’t have time to touch any parameters. And today update to version 2.1.10 and show everything again as in version 2.1.8

I don’t know if… have you something to clarify about it? I appreciate seeing it again as in version 2.1.8 because I don’t like having outdated plugins and because I have recommended this one over SumoMe.

    Greetings!
Pd.: I do not consider it good to put this matter as resolved when I had not answered if what you recommended to me really worked for me.

The plugin version 2.1.10 introduced a fix.

Don’t hesitate to contact me in case of any questions. We are always glad to help you!

    Best regards,
    Ole
