error in url import

    i cannot import from url, always i can do it but no at this time
    i receive this error:

    There’s a problem with your import file
    Please verify that the URL returns a valid import file.

    and the url is ok, i check it in a browser

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    i have purchased the plugin but is imposible to have support, and i cannot import from url. i have opened two tickets and i dont have an answer

    I don’t have an answer to your issue, but I do like how you added those orange check marks for the description in your site. Was it done through WP All Import content and title section?

    I see that we’ve already answered your ticket regarding this issue and found that it was a security measure coming from CloudFlare. If necessary, please continue working with us via that ticket since this problem will require that we run tests on your server.
