Error in updating event

  • Hi,
    I am encountering a new problem with my Event Registration: After I make changes to the event and go to Update it, I receive an error message: “There was an error in your submission. Please try again. Event was not updated.”

    Please let me know how to be sure my changes and info are put into place.

    Generally you have an error in one of the fields and when the changes are uploaded into the MySQL database, the field is rejected by MySQL which prompts the message that their was an error in your submission. Carefully review each field in your changes. Without more detail I am unable to offer any more guidance on this.
