    Hi,

I recently bought the plugin, when I upload a file the update hour is not set correctly, I tried to change the Time Zone but It still takes 5 hours more from the real hour.

It only happens when I upload a Spreadsheet and checked my wordpress timezone and the pliugin time zone without results

    Thanks.

    Hi psalinam,

Could you please check you have selected the same timezone in WordPress under “Settings” –> “Timezone” and in plugin under “Options” –> “Basic” –> “Set Timezone”? The timezone in the plugin is used when sending the orders to the WordPress database. Also, if you have any caching plugin installed, try clearing the cache and check again.

    Hi,

I use Timezone -5:00 in wordpress settings and the same in your plugin settings but when I upload the spreadsheet the hour is 5 hours more. Maybe your plugin is taking another reference to the update hour… even the timezone in my phpmyadmin is set -5:00.

When I create an order manually the time is correct, the bug is only when I upload an spreadsheet.

    Please help!

Where is it showing the wrong time for you?

In our testing environment, we have both our WordPress timezone and the timezone in the plugin set to GMT-5 and, when we import a spreadsheet, the time that shows in the “Updated” column in the table in the “Orders” tab is correct.

Are you trying to keep the “Order Status Updated (Read-Only)” column in the spreadsheet when you import? That column is read only and cannot be included in the spreadsheet import. Anyway, the timestamp is done automatically on import, so there’s no need for that column.
