error in transferring commission to the vendors

    Hi there,
    Everything is working fine with the plugin.

    Whenever I am trying to transfer commission to my vendors it shows an error ‘Invalid userId’ and it is not moving funds. I have added paypal ids in vendor profile and I have created app for PayPal Adaptive Payment and configured everything in the settings of woocommerce still I am getting the error only.

    Can you please let me know what can be the problem.

    Have you tried in sandbox mode? Is the error a wordpress error or a paypal error?

    Yeah, I am trying that in SandBox.

    It is showing me just “Invalid userId” and vendors cannot be paid!
    Neither by schedule nor manually.(using NOW from list)

    I think that would be regarding PayPal only.

    Can you please let me know the steps, what I need to do to pay my vendors?

    You will probably want to call PayPal and find out what’s going on for their end. Configuring PayPal AP is pretty easy, as long as everything you have entered is valid. If you get errors, it’s either a problem with your settings, or a problem with PayPal’s settings on their end. Here’s a page with all the PayPal AP error codes and what they mean:
