I am using wordpress 4.8 on a multisite install and am testing this plugin to see if it works as expected prior to purchasing. WHen I place the shortcode
[ultimate-faqs] on the page to display all the faqs, the titles show up like this with itemprop=name in front of the title. Please advise.

Also if I purchase the premium version, can this later be moved/transferred over to another site that will be using it? Currently this is on a test environment.

  • Hi mystique,

Could you please provide us with a link to your FAQs?

That sounds like your theme might be automatically appending something to posts. If you switch to a default WordPress theme, does it do the same thing?

For the premium version, you could definitely transfer your key over to another site. You’d just have to email us for this.

Doesn’t look like it’s the theme:

I changed it and the same problem happens with the Twenty Seventeen Theme. And it also does not expand or collapse properly either…

I don’t see anything from our plugin on that page. If you switch back to using our plugin and still require assistance, let us know.

I have the same problem and am also using multisite.
Is there a solution to this problem?
Here is the page I am testing:

    Hi dan,

Did you try switching to a default WordPress theme to see if it then displayed correctly?

Our plugin does use microdata/rich snippets, so, it’s hard to tell whether what you see is part of that, but being forced out of the div, or if it’s something extra that is being added in either by your theme, another plugin or by WordPress.

    Hi,

Thanks for the reply, did not receive the notification for some reason.
I tried changing the theme to Twenty Fifteen and still have the same problem.

    Hi Dan,

Did you change something on this site: https://mx.fococam.com/centro-de-ayuda/ , within the last week? I’m asking because the FAQ on that page seems to be working now, with no ‘itemprop’ text appearing.

    Hello,

I heard back from support via an email.
They noted that H4 was not set.
Actually when I installed the plug in all setting were left empty.
This must have been because I am running multi-site.
I used the 7 day trial code and was able to enter Style settings and set Category Heading Type to H4.
This resolved the issue I was having.

    Thanks for the follow up!

    Hi Dan,

Glad to hear that the issue was resolved! ??
