Error in the template

Error in the theme functions file in the line stated below

add_theme_support(‘custom-header’, [
‘flex-width’ => true,
‘width’ => 1366,
‘flex-height’ => true,
‘height’ => 350,
‘header-text’ => true,
‘default-text-color’ => ‘ffffff’,
]);

Have to use this only add_theme_support(‘custom-header’, array(
‘flex-width’ => true,
‘width’ => 1366,
‘flex-height’ => true,
‘height’ => 350,
‘header-text’ => true,
‘default-text-color’ => ‘ffffff’,
));
