Error in the log in widget

Thanks for this great plugin

I’m having an error when I log in from the log in widget. That’s happening only when the username or password is incorrect it shows:

wp-content\plugins\theme-my-login\modules\custom-redirection\custom-redirection.php on line 93

and the submit button disappears. When I log in normally from the log in page it works fine without any error even when the username or the password are incorrect.

I have all the plugin disabled and everything work perfectly just the widget problem.
