• After I installed the plugin, when I acess my pages some of them shows an error and does not open. Only after I reload the page it is ok.

    The error is:

Error in the coding of content.

The page you are trying to view can not be shown because it uses an invalid or unsupported form of compression.

Other question: I noted none improve in perfomance of my site. In addition, is it work when users are loged in? I want to improve performance to loged in users.

    Thanks.

  • Hi there!

After I installed the plugin, when I acess my pages some of them shows an error and does not open. Only after I reload the page it is ok.

Can you please try clearing the cache? You can do so by following these steps:

    1. Navigate to Settings > WP Super Cache > Easy.
    2. Scroll down to the “Delete Cached Pages” section.
    3. Click the “Delete Cache” button.

Then, check to see if the issue persists.

Other question: I noted none improve in perfomance of my site. In addition, is it work when users are loged in? I want to improve performance to loged in users.

By default, WP Super Cache does not cache pages for known users. However, you can enable caching for known users by following these steps:

    1. Navigate to Settings > WP Super Cache > Advanced.
    2. Uncheck the “Don’t cache pages for known users. (Recommended)” option.
    3. Click the “Update Status” button to save your changes.

Please let me know how the above works for you! If you continue to have trouble, just let me know and I’d be happy to look into things further.
