The only thing that stands out there is the database is quite large. I’d suggest optimizing the database to help improve site performance. You can try using the free?WP-Optimize?plugin for this.

I’ve checked your site and although I’ve noticed that the front end is a bit slow, I’m not experiencing any issue on the checkout page similar to what you’ve described. I have checked on desktop and mobile.

Just to be sure I’m not misunderstanding the exact issue you’re experiencing on your end, would you mind sharing a screenshot or screen recording on whats happening on your end?

Additionally, can you please share a copy of any fatal errors logged under WooCommerce?→?Status?→?Logs.
