    Hi,
I am extremly sorry about this delay. Somehow, I missed all the support requests for this plugin.

There can be a couple of reasons behind the error message (Error ! Synchronization cannot be done.) you got while trying to sync from your moodle instance:

    1. Either the Webservice token you provided in the Moowoodle settings is not correct. Or, the user you selected for the web service does not have supreme permission. The user should be an admin user.

    2. Or, you did not select all the required core functions for the web service you created in your moodle instance.

Hope this helped. If not, please let me know.

    Thanks
    Shan

    Hello Shan

I, too, am facing this problem – Error ! Synchronization cannot be done.

And I followed the tutorial https://dualcube.com/installation-guide-for-moowoodle/. Also, I did select the admin user, and also, did select all the core functions. What could be missing??
(NB: Also, your tutorial is not in sync with the procedure outlined in Moodle on Site administration / ? Plugins / ? Web services / ? Overview. I tried that too . . .).

Neither can I get to add the course manually (not available in the ADD PRODUCTS page).

Requesting an early resolution, else, I’d have to adopt another plugin.

    Thanks and Regards

    Hello Shan

Issue resolved – had earlier enabled Email-based self-registration with admin confirmation. Disabled it, and reverted to default Manual Accounts.

But … other issues persist . . . Posted in “Bad Synchronization”

    Thanks
