The plugin was working absolutely fine some 10 hours ago. We published 2 new job openings and candidates started to complain that they are facing this error while submitting the application. Somehow still a few applicants were able to submit the application.

We are using a custom Divi child theme.
    WP version 5.4.2
    PHP version 7.2

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @shaiq-uddin,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

Do you use any WAF(Web Application Firewall)? For example, Cloudflare’s WAF. We were able to submit some applications. So, this issue can be due to WAF blocking some requests.
If you are using Cloudflare Firewall services, please go to Cloudflare Firewall and check if any events related to application submission are logged in the ‘Firewall Events’ log. If yes and if the requests are legit, please consider adding custom Firewall rule in Cloudflare. Instructions for adding a rule can be found from here: https://developers.cloudflare.com/firewall/cf-firewall-rules/actions/#supported-actions

    Hi there,

Yes we do use Cloudflare but there is nothing present on the activity log under the firewall events. There are no firewall rules set currently. Please help us to fix this.

    Hi @shaiq-uddin,

Please go to Cloudflare Firewall settings and temporarily disable settings(For example, the ‘Browser Integrity Check’ or the BIC service of Cloudflare Firewall is known to cause these kinds of issues) one by one and then check the application submission. If the issue is caused by any one of these settings, you may need to add some page rule for disabling that particular setting.
If still this issue persists, then disable each plugin from your WordPress administrator interface one by one, and check the application submission. If the issue exists due to a conflict with a plugin, please provide us the plugin details.

If these steps did not work please provide with us a temporary admin login by creating a support ticket on our website.

    Hi there,

I’ve granted admin access and have submitted a ticket on your website. I’ve also checked cloudflare and have disabled browser integrity check. However, the issue still persists.

    Kindly fix.

    Thanks
