    Hi,

    Nano Support is a great plugin. However, I am not able to get it working in my installation. Please refer the screenshot – https://cl.ly/gV6V

    I have activated account creation but it is neither creating a user account nor letting me submit a ticket.

    Error: Please enter a password for your account

    Error: Sorry, your user identity is not acceptable! Your ticket is not submitted.

    Please advise a fix.

    For creating a guest ticket you need an email and a password for creating the account for user. You did not mention whether you tried with a password or not. May be you forgot providing a password for your account. A blank password field submission will prompt such notice. Can you provide more detail.

    A direct link to the site would be more helpful, if possible.

    @aravindajith You got the point right. +1 for the bug report.

    It’s really happening in current version. I know what happened.
    It’s actually happening for trying to fix an undefined index warning on submit ticket form submission.

    I think we need to get back to the previous version for a quick fix. An update is required. We will push a bug fixing update soon inshALLAH.
