    Hi, I got an error when I use “SEO” > “Tools” > “Start SEO data optimization”

    Error message:
    “Oops, something has gone wrong and we couldn’t complete the optimization of your SEO data. Please click the button again to re-start the process”

    When I click on “Start SEO data optimization” button I got same the error again!

    ===

    General info:
    Site: papapa.log.in.ua
    WordPress: 5.6.2 (latest version)
    Yoast SEO: 15.9 (latest version)
    These checkbox is active (don’t think that it can cause these problem but worth mention): “Settings > Reading > Discourage search engines from indexing this site”

    ===

    What I allready tried to do:
    I tried to execute suggestion mentioned in these post but no luck (except I don’t have “Click here to speed up your site now” button – instead of it in my version of Yoast SEO it named “Start SEO data optimization”)

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    We’re sorry that you are experiencing problems with our plugin!

    Just to be sure, we would like to rule out any plugin or theme conflicts that may occur. The fastest way to do this is to?deactivate all non-Yoast plugins and switch to a standard theme?like?Twenty Nineteen.?

    Test this on your development or staging site, if you have one. If not, we recommend using the?Health Check & Troubleshooting?plugin. This plugin allows you to run a conflict check?without affecting normal visitors to your site.

    As we can imagine that you’re unfamiliar with checking for conflicts, we’d like to point you to a step-by-step guide that will walk you through the process:?How to check for plugin conflicts.`

    I deactivated all plugins except “Yoast SEO” and I switched to default ” Twenty-Twenty One” theme – and these solved my problem – when I clicked on “Start SEO data optimization” – but no luck.

    Then I tried to deactivate “Yoast SEO Premium” and activate free “Yoast SEO” and optimization process went successfully (now I see “green” success infobox)

    Then I deactivate “Yoast SEO” and activate free “Yoast SEO Premium” and… again I see “red” infobox with optimization suggestion (with default WP theme and all plugins deactivated)

    @maxdarklighter If you have purchased SEO Premium you would need to contact us directly at [email protected] for assistance, as this forum is reserved for support of only the free version of Yoast SEO as per the forum guidelines. Thanks for your understanding.
