• 1. The version of the plugin
    1.9.7
    2. Your browser and operating system
all browsers and OS (chrome/firefox/safari on Windows/Linux/Mac)
    3. Address of the page with the problem
shows up in frontend as well as backend, so we had to disable the plugin, which fixes the issue.
    4. Be as descriptive as possible of what your issue is

error: [You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ‘”wp_gjiq_wpml_mails”‘ at line 1]
    SHOW TABLES LIKE “wp_gjiq_wpml_mails”

This error pops up when activating the plugin. We’re using Roots/Bedrock installed on a VPS with a custom wp-content path (renamed to app). wp_gjiq_ is our prefix.

    Running WordPress 5.6.1
