Hi @shravanbhavyata thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear you’re having issues setting up Site Kit. To help you look into this further, please could you share the following:

    1. Your?Site Health information. You can?use this form?to share privately if preferred.
    2. At what stage in the setup process do you experience this?
    3. Do you experience the same when attempting setup from an Incognito window?

It would also be very helpful if you could share any screenshots or recordings of you trying to set up Site Kit on your site. If you have any questions on the information above then please let me know.

@shravanbhavyata Thanks for sharing the information. I can see that you have a number of active plugins on your site so please could you first try following the troubleshooting steps here. This will highlight any potential plugin or theme conflicts that could be the cause.

If you continue to see the issue while in troubleshooting mode then let me know and we can continue to look into this further.

@shravanbhavyata Thanks for confirming and sorry to hear you are still experiencing the same. Please could I ask you if you see any warnings or errors when checking your Site Health status (Tools > Site Health > Status), which differs from your Site Health?

Are you able to set up Site Kit when going to this URL which will create a temporary WordPress site for testing?

    Thread Starter Shravan

    (@shravanbhavyata)

This is showing in the site health panel.

By using the given url i’m able to set up the site kit

@shravanbhavyata If possible, could you confirm if you are able to sign in with Google through Site Kit with all other plugins temporarily deactivated on your site? If you can perform this task could you please also share a recording of this in action? You can share this in the form you supplied your info above.

as you were able to setup Site Kit on the test site, this could point to an issue at host level. Performing the above will further highlight if this is a conflict or if the issue is elsewhere such as a hosting configuration or firewall setting.

@shravanbhavyata After some further investigation on this it looks to be an issue with event tracking. Could I please ask you to try switching off your data tracking which you can find from Site Kit > Settings > Admin Settings.

Once switched off, do you still encounter this error at the sign in with Google stage?

    Thread Starter Shravan

    (@shravanbhavyata)

    Hello,

The problem is solved. I just unchecked the tracking data box and now i’m able to set up my account.

Thank you so much for your help and support! Your assistance has been invaluable, and I truly appreciate the dedication and effort you put into resolving my issue.
