Error in Single.php?

  • It was working, and suddenly it doesn’t. Here’s the error:

    “Parse error: parse error, unexpected ‘*’ in /home/lucy/public_html/wp-content/themes/default/single.php on line 23”

    I haven’t touched this single.php file!

  • Line 23 in the default’s single.php is a quote line. It’s probably this in your copy:

    <?php * This is commented…

    but needs to be:

    <?php /* This is commented…
