Error in settings

    I get the following error when going into the settings:

    Warning: call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, function ‘sm_options_page_help_tabs’ not found or invalid function name in C:\Program Files (x86)\Ampps\www\wp-includes\plugin.php on line 525

    I have the very same problem. I cannot upload a new theme as well. The error message also blinks when pages are loaded
