    Hi @mstudioil,

The red error you mentioned sounds like an error coming from CF7, not from WP Mail SMTP. However, if you can let us know what the specific error message is that you’re seeing, we can let you know if it’s something you should bring up to the CF7 support team, or if it’s something we can assist with.

Regarding the plugin removing data, to make WP Mail SMTP remove its data when you uninstall the plugin, enable the “Remove ALL WP Mail SMTP data upon plugin deletion.” option under WP Mail SMTP > Settings > Misc.

Here is a screenshot in case it will help:

    Hey,
Thanks for the answer, I think to problem is because I used email don’t exist on the server, it is email define on the domain, I don’t remember if I had this problem before, do I need to use email define on the server as the “mailto”?

    Hi @mstudioil,

Generally, that won’t matter, but depending on the sending configuration of the server, it could. Some servers will only let you send email from an account hosted on the server.

To provide an example, a host I previously used would only let you send email from an email address configured in cPanel. The server would reject any and all email sent from a site if you weren’t connecting to an email hosted on the server.

I hope that helps! Have a great day!

Thanks, I found a solution using other method from using email on the server.
I define the send email on the server, the problem was with the email I send the form to
