Error in required structured data element

while the amp validator everything is good, and I can’t see anything on inspect tool

From inspecting the URL you provided and other URLs I don’t encounter any structured data errors or warnings. The results in Search Console may have been stale. You can perform a Rich Results test on any of the URLs to check in real time.

While I also don’t see any issues with your robots.txt file you can direct any questions to the Search Console Help Center.
