Error in quantity step?

  • When we try to place an order I get the message The quantity step for PRODUCT TEST STEP QUANTITY is 6. Your current quantity is 12. What does this mean, where is the error? What is the relationship between the quantity step being 6 and the total order quantity being 12? (The error occurs with 12 or any other number that is a multiple of that quantity step of 6)

    We have been working with this plugin for almost a year and it is the first time it has happened. We haven’t changed any of the settings.

    We have discovered that this happens when the minimum amount of product is -1. But before there was no problem with this. https://ibb.co/Z66FPDZ

    In the screenshot, it seems you defined step as 9, that’s probably causing the issue.

    The step defines the increment that customers can buy, so in step of 6, customers can buy 6, 12 ,18, and so on, this can be defined by product, category, or cart level.

It does not let you place the order and this message appears: “The quantity step for PRODUCT TEST STEP QUANTITY is 6. Your current quantity is 12.” We don’t understand the message, we don′t understand what the problem is.
