I had the whole plugin up and running (test mode), and then my internet went down. I just added the product page and receive a 504 message. After this, I cannot load the products tab any more (it says blank). Therefore, I cannot remove the corrupt product page. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the plugin, but that does not clean up the settings. How can I get a totally clean start with this plugin?

Hi, the following instructions can help you troubleshoot your product page.

Let me know if it helps you.

    Kind regards.

    Goodmorning,
Thank you for replying. The thing is that I can’t even get to the product page because it seems to be corrupt. So, when I open the tab to see my products, I see that there is an item because it says 1 item. However, that item is invisible and not clickable. Neither can I open the product page (which is not a normal page). It looks like it is stored in the plugin’s database. That’s why I want to remove all the info from the plugin’s database, but I have no idea how.

Can you go to the “Products” menu in the admin dashboard where it lists all the products? If you can, do you see the “trash” link when you hover over the product in question?

You can create new products and that process works fine?

If It loads the products menu (which takes very long), and it says that I have two item in the list, I cannot select the item because they are not visible. Mostly, I don’t even get the page loaded (see picture). That’s why I just think it will only work again when removing it out of the database.

Looks like something got messed up when your connection when down (most likely the data is corrupt so it is now incomplete and can’t read it). Never seen this before so I am just speculating here.

The products are Custom Post Type that are kept in the wp_posts database table. You can try a plugin like the following to clean up the products custom post type to see if that resets whatever data is corrupt.

Okay, that was my idea as well. However, I didn’t know how to remove these custom posts out of the database. Just removing the plugin didn’t work. This plugin you advised seems to show all the unused custom posts. I’ll give it a try and report later whether it worked.

[edit] Yes! The custom post type clean-up plugin did the job! I remove all posts with the names stripe and payments and the one which starts with ASP.
    Thanks for your help.

For the developer of this plugin: It would be nice to have a function with which you can completely remove everything if one wants.
