I have a WordPress installation with Qtranslate X and WP-ecommerce plugin. All works fine, but I notice this problem:

I have the Spanish language as primary and the English language as secondary with pre path option enable (/en/).

The products page in this website is called “tienda” then I should have this two permalinks (real links for example purpose):

    ES: https://lacasa-amarilla.es/tienda/pilar-bandres/jardin-prometido-1/
    EN: https://lacasa-amarilla.es/en/tienda/pilar-bandres/jardin-prometido-1/

However there is a mistake in permalink construction and the real link for English is:

    EN: https://lacasa-amarilla.es/en/tida/pilar-bandres/jardin-prometido-1/

Notice that “tienda” was changed for “tida”, the letters “en” on “tiENda” disappear, and thats result in a 404 error.

If i change the “en” language code for “gb”, for example, or I enable another language (like Deutsch [:de]) there is no problem whit the link construction.

Note: Of course, if I change the products-page name “tiENda” and the new name doesn’t content “en” the problem is avoid but no resolved ??

    real links for example purpose

    yoursite.es/tienda/pilar-bandres/jardin-prometido-1/
    yoursite.es/en/tienda/pilar-bandres/jardin-prometido-1/

    Both gives:
épico 404 – Artículo no encontrado
Epic 404 – Article Not Found

Notice that “tienda” was changed for “tida”, the letters “en” on “tiENda” disappear, and thats result in a 404 error.

tienda was here not changed (?)

searching for “Jardín prometido 1” brings me to:
    yoursite.es/galeria/pilar-bandres/jardin-prometido-1/

I may assume that the problem is solved?

    Hi @gunu,

I solved my problem changing the word “tienda” by “galeria” in the slug of the “products page” page. Thanks.

But I think that there may be a conflict when the word in the slug of “product page” page contains the language code. The word “Tienda” in spanish is the most common for “Shop” or “Store”.

I will test in localhost with a clean installation.
