    Hello,

I’m getting a weird problem with Woocommerce. I tried to rollback to the 7.9 release, but it happens again.

When I add 2 products to my cart, and I complete the order, I get the first item in the cart with the right quantity, and with the VAT indicated in its column.

The second item is splitted on multiple rows, and every row has a 1x qty, and the VAT is missing.

The subtotal is wrong, but the total is correct.

    What is happening?

Is it a bug? Or I’m missing something?

    Anyone fixed this?

    Thanks!

    Here’s an example:

    Hi there @web4people ??

Thank you for contacting Woo support!

Error in order adding a second product with qty > 1

I understand that, when adding two products at your site’s checkout page, the quantity and VAT details appear as expected for the first one, while for the second its quantity is split in rows with 1x quantity in each, and the VAT is missing.

Can you please share a screenshot of Edit Order screen, as showcased in the screenshot in this documentation section? That will help us understand the issue further.

Additionally, to get an idea of how your site is configured, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via ‘WooCommerce > Status’. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Looking forward to hearing from you!
