Error in my wordpress app

Hello,

I installed the wordpress app to see reactions on my blogs and to accept them. It loads all the old reactions on my site, it gives a notification when an reaction is placed, but when i want to accept it I get an error:

The jetpack site is inaccesible or returned an error: transport error HTTP status code was not 200 (403) [-32300]

Can you please help me with this?
i already disconected jetpack and connected on my site.
