I’m getting these errors for a WP/Woocommerce production site which has been running for several years. There are no other messages in the error log and there are no apparent actual problems on the site itself. Everything is/was fully updated. Error first emerged on 12.5.2020, few weeks after latest full update.

Google search did not return anything which is not common. Should I be worried about these? Any help is appreciated!

    Hi there,

Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Additionally, can you please advise which log you are reviewing when seeing these errors?

The error are in the main error_log file in the public_html root. I’m hesitant to copy paste the system status information to a public forum. Can I send it in any other way?

    Hi there,

I’m afraid there isn’t another way to share the status report other than on the forums. You can post here or you can submit a ticket here WooCommerce.com > My Account > Tickets if you have premium extension.

You may need to create an account before you can access that page.

I do have a Woocommerce account and most of the plugins are premium ones.

Can you tell from the log message from where the error is originating? Is it from WP/WC core or from some plugin? Or can I just create a generic ticket?

The system status export contains, in my eyes, private information and it should be sanitised if publicly posted.

    Hi there,

I’m afraid the information provided isn’t enough, which is why we’re asking for additional info.

If you’ve purchased premium extensions, we’d recommend opening a ticket where this issue can be discussed privately.

Your best course of action at this time would be to submit a ticket.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
