Error in linking, with special characters in title/url

Hi! I have a brazillian blogger, and i use titles with “:” and accented characters . In web stories, if i tried to linking blog article, its generate an error for title:
Reference post (not web stories):
https://www.selectgame.com.br/chizuru-kagura-estara-em-the-king-of-fighters-xv-novo-trailer/
And i tried to create an title, and the URL generates this:
Web Stories title:
“The King of Fighters XV: Chizuru Kagura ganha trailer e imagens”
I used Yoast and Newspaper theme. The URL generate an “%3a” all times if i used the “:” or “,” characters.
