Error in link to source

Hello,

I love this plugin, it is simple to use but I am facing a small issue.

The source link at the bottom of each post works fine. But when you open any category and view all post, at this point, you will see that the link to the source becomes part of the excerpt automatically and the hyperlink does not work.
