    Hello @jerichom

    Thank you for reaching out!

Make sure that you set up eRoom properly and created meetings according to the manual.

You will see a countdown for the planning meeting. If the meeting has already started, instead of a countdown there will be meeting details provided on the page along with the Join Meeting buttons where users have two options, either to join the meeting in the browser or access the session via the Zoom app.

If you set up everything correctly, please, recheck this issue, by disabling third-party plugins and activating the default theme of WordPress (for example, Twenty Twenty-One). This will help you to understand what exactly is causing the problem.

    Kind regards

It says Could not load content for https://source.zoom.us/1.9.0/lib/webim.min.js.map:
then fail to join the meeting.

hey, I was able to figure it out.
But I have another issue, the participant does not have the option to enter a Screen Name
    https://prnt.sc/1xiquq8
How can I implement that? Thank you!

    Hello @jerichom

You enabled the Waiting room option while creating the meeting (Screenshot), and you need to manually approve them. The Waiting Room feature allows the host to control when a participant joins the meeting. As the meeting host, you can admit attendees one by one, or hold all attendees in the Waiting Room and admit them all at once.

From the link below you can get a more detailed manual from the Zoom help center about the waiting room feature:

    Hello,

I currently have that settings already enabled.
The problem with that though is that everytime I click JOIN IN BROWSER
it opens up a new browser, then after that I am prompted to enter password
then I am automatically loggedin as Guest username.

    Hi @jerichom,

This is the default behave of Zoom, please kindly re-clarify what exactly you would like to achieve.

    regards

I want all who will join the meeting in our browser to be able to set their own screen name. Because it is very difficult to identify each spectator if their usernames are Guest1, Guest2 GUest3…

    Hello @jerichom

To do this, users must log in with a Zoom account, while joining with the browser. You need to enable “Require authentication to join: Sign in to Zoom” while creating the meeting (Screenshot). This setting works only for Zoom accounts with Pro license or higher

    Kind regards

I tried it but it says. https://prnt.sc/20sqrvw
Can you walk me through this error please? thanks

    Hi,

You need to contact Zoom service and check your account settings for the details in order to properly set the meetings for the host of the meeting. Please note, those settings don’t depend on the plugin settings
