Error in Italian translation for “fa-heart” icon

Hi, thank you for your fantastic work!

I would like show you an error in italian translation for “fa-heart” icon. The right way to call this icon is “cuore” not “terra”. Can I correct it alone, how can I do? I use free version of plugin.
