Error in installing a theme

Hi all!
When I try to upload a theme in zip format, it′s not possible because “Unable to create directory wp-content/uploads/2013/06. Is its parent directory writable by the server?”

I′ve changed file permissions for wp-content (777), and tried to change the settings in miscellaneous, but miscellaneous doesn′t exist in my WordPress versión!

Any advise please?
