error in Image Cleaner

    Hi,

    I get the following error in the Image Cleaner.

    SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected character at line 1 column 2 of the JSON data

    Hello @alfredg

    Can you please let us know what operation did you perform to get this error?

    This type of error usually occurs because there are some errors on the website which caused the returned json could not be parsed correctly. You can open your browser’s developer console(press F12 on Chrome) see what is the return value of the ajax request. Maybe it will record the error message.

    Also, you can take a look at the PHP Error Log and see what errors were recorded in it.
