error in from date

    In Portugal we need to shown in sales products, the from date and the end date of that sale. But now, when i put, for example, the start day of today 28, it shows the day 27 in frontend. It’s a bug?

    This may be related to the timezone setting on your site. Can you check if it’s set to your local timezone from Settings > General?

    If the issue persists, please share the following so we can take a closer look:

    – Link to a sale product
    – System Status:?You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Hi there,

    Thanks so much for the screenshot and product page link.

    It appears that the sale start and end date on the product page:

    are being added by this plugin:

    WooCommerce On Sale Information: por Vanguardly (António Pinto) – 1.1.2

    which hasn’t had a single update in the last 3 years according to the plugin details tab and could therefore be incompatible with WooCommerce:

    Based on that, I believe this may be the reason why the start date of the sale does not display as expected. I recommend looking for an alternative “WooCommerce On Sale” plugin with regular updates that could fix this problem or use sale badges and we can recommend the Product Badges extension which comes with a 30-day refund policy.

    Ok, but i have always used this plugin and worked well.

    But i don’t want a badge, i want a way to insert in a sale product the start and end date.

    In this case, I’d recommend checking it out directly with your plugin developer.
