Error in form

    I have 2 forms using Fluent Forms on my page, 1 has no problem, but the other has a console error even though it works:
    GET https://www.topbiotech.asia/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?form_id=2&action=fluentform_step_form_get_data 400

    Any idea what could be causing this?
